At ADAMS Enrichment Program, we provide personalized enrichment and community-integration services for adults with developmental disabilities in the eastern L.A. region.

We help our clients build skills to enhance their independence, self-advocacy and relationships, and help them lead rich, full lives.
Our comprehensive approach addresses safety, mobility and socialization, preparing participants to navigate and contribute to their surroundings confidently. With the support of our dedicated staff, including a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), we work to foster personal autonomy, meaningful relationships and community engagement.

Personalized Service Plans
We know that one size does not fit all. That’s why we craft a unique Individualized Service Plan (ISP) for each of our clients, tailored to their specific goals, talents, interests and abilities. We’ll help identify areas for growth, while encouraging exploration beyond predefined objectives.
Flexible Community- and Home-Based Care
We prioritize our clients' well-being and comfort above all else. Training and activities are conducted in a mix of familiar community settings as well as in our clients’ homes. This allows us to adapt more readily when being out in the community is not the best option (for example, in severe weather).
